Food for Success

with Anita Nall Richesson

95 percent of human resource leaders say that employee burnout is sabotaging their workforce.

According to a study in the Employee Engagement Series conducted by Kronos Incorporated and Future Workplace.

Corporate burnout is a serious issue!

You see how much of a strain the corporate world can place on both you and your employees’ health and you know that learning how to combat the problem is imperative to your group’s sustained success.

You want your employees to perform their best and maximize productivity, but you’ve seen how the corporate grind can beat your team down.

I can help!

The drive, grit & determination to be the best is what I have in common with Corporate High Performers. I drove my health into the ground in an attempt to be the best and am passionate about teaching other’s how to avoid that same fate.

Your employee’s health is their greatest asset to any company. Without our health, we have nothing. When employees feel great, they perform their best.

That’s why I developed my “Food for Success” Corporate Wellness Program; specifically designed to help corporate high-performers regain and/or maintain their health through strategies that help combat and avoid corporate burnout and exhaustion. This program teaches attendees how to regain vitality and the capacity to perform at a high level consistently.

Here’s what you and your team can expect from the Food for Success program.

Step 1 – The Prep

  • Each attendee will receive a small Health Reflection packet 1-2 weeks prior to the live event.
  • This packet gives all attendees a chance to engage with the material right from the start.
  • We will also set up a group chat with all attendees to connect me with the group prior to the live event.
  • This gives me an idea of your group’s unique health concerns and challenges, as well as an opportunity for the group to get comfortable with me.

Step 2 – The Live Training

  • The Food for Success live training includes interactive exercises, fun games, conversations, and Olympic Level inspiration and motivation.
  • Each attendee will leave the event with new skills to reach their individual health goals, along with renewed vigor about their health.
  • They will also leave the live event with a full understanding of the impact of their health on their performance in life.

Step 3 – The Challenge

  • After the live Food for Success training, we will launch a 30 Day Challenge.
  • The 30 Day Challenge includes coaching to help the attendees implement their newly acquired knowledge and develop new habits to support a healthier lifestyle.
  • The goal of the challenge is to reduce the unwanted symptoms discovered in the PREP work of the program.

My partner and I asked Anita to join our Region meeting to invigorate and educate our team around the power of food/nutrition.  Mission Accomplished!!! Anita is full of energy, unequivocally knows her stuff and communicates her message in a friendly, laid-back way.  We have brought in other speakers, but never have we had the positive response as we had from Anita joining us. She will reshape your thought process around nutrition and leave a lasting positive impact on you/your teams.  One specific quote from one of the attendees was “you have made me want to change.” Thank you, Anita!!!

Mike Morrison, Cisco

Anita, I can’t thank you enough for what you’ve done. I feel phenomenal. I historically have had a lot of pain in my hands from old sports injuries. They feel swollen and arthritic… that’s ALL GONE! 1 week. Crazy!

Andrew Pettit, 30-Day Challenge Winner

Can you travel out of state?

Yes, I can travel to wherever your group is located. Additional fees for travel and expenses may apply.

What is the biggest take away from this program?

Participants who commit to the program experience a new level of health that is life-changing.  I will teach your group the key to sustained success: that taking care of our body and health is priority number one when it comes to creating and maintaining sustained health levels and top performance in anything.

How does learning wellness strategies increase our group's performance and productivity?

Migraine headaches, digestive distress, and energy shifts throughout the workday take your employees off the top of their game and reduce their performance capacity. Learning to take better care of themselves and fuel themselves for performance and health can significantly reduce all of these unwanted symptoms, which improves productivity, mood, and focus.

Are the things you teach difficult to implement? My team is very busy.

The health of employees is the biggest asset to any employer. Putting health first has to be a priority. Having said that, I am a busy Entrepreneur and Mom of 2 busy teen athletes. I specialize in helping every day, hard-working, busy people put their health first and make time for what matters most. My programs are all created to make taking care of yourself as simple and doable as possible in a fast-paced world.

If you don’t take care of yourself, you won’t be busy for long – unless you’re busy going to doctors. Your health has to be number one! If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything. Anita’s program makes taking care of yourself simple and doable in a fast-paced, busy world.

What is Anita's background?

I am a Holistic Nutrition Specialist and Wellness Expert, a Certified Life Coach, and a Certified Essential Oil Coach. My approach is entirely unique and motivating. Through games and hands-on exercises, I teach people how food functionally works in our bodies versus the antiquated calorie-based approach. My athletic accomplishments help me to connect with very driven, results-focused clients.

How much time does this program take?

This is a 4-hour live program. Sessions usually start at 9 a.m. and finish around 1 p.m. I will eat lunch with the group and even help choose the catering if desired. Eating lunch together provides the group with time to ask questions and view my Olympic medals and take pictures if they would like.

The 30-Day Challenge is a separate, full 30-day program that builds upon the live wellness training and coaching program.
