I grew up in a hardworking, mainstream standard American household.  Everyone was busy, life was hectic, and food took a back seat to it all. Unfortunately, I paid a high price for it with my health.

My unique Olympic background coupled with my tumultuous health journey forced me to figure out my health on my own and I want to save you from that experience!

How long is the program?

The Fit from Food Program lasts 6 weeks.  You will be coached by me through the entire program and get support from the group as well.

Do you offer refunds on this program?

There will be no refunds offered once the first day of the program begins. We’d hate to see you go, but you may cancel before the program start date.

What if I have questions during the program about the topics covered?

I will answer all questions on our LIVE calls on Q&A Thursdays. If you cannot make the live Q&A sessions, you can send your questions to me ahead of time to be answered during the live Q&A session which will be recorded, so you can them watch at any time after the live event.

Is Anita available to us during the program?

YES! All training modules are taught by me and I will be LIVE with you every Thursday for our live Q&A session. I will also be popping into the Facebook group every day to answer questions and provide support. I am committed that you get everything you are seeking out of this program and will be there to support you, along with the group.

What if I have health issues? Can I still use this program?

I don’t suggest you do anything without your Doctor’s approval.

Having said that, most Doctors don’t have the background in nutrition or the time to teach you to eat healthy. We also know from research that dietary and lifestyle changes have the biggest impact on overall health, not just your physical appearance.  I cannot promise miraculous healing for anyone AND at the same time, I will say that I have witnessed some awesome health improvements with clients over the years.

Can I do this program at my own pace?

YES! It helps to stay up with the group; however, because this program is recorded AND you have lifetime access to the program, you can do it at your own pace.

How much time will I need to commit to this program?

Listening to the training modules will take 1-1.5 hours/week. There will be other small suggested action steps every week throughout the program as well. An example is “go through your pantry and look for products that contain x, y, z ingredients.” These are typically simple and fun actions steps the entire family can do and learn about together.
